1 Female 15-20 (b:1810-1815) = CHARLOTTE (nee Harrison) O’SHEALS b:1812
(Neighbors were: Enoch H. Smith, John J. Jenkins, MEADOWS OSHEALS, Wm. Hindman, James Anderson, Giles Bearden, Charles SHAW, JAMES CALVERT.
John O’SHEALS, Jr.’s FATHER, John, Sr. was listed on the next page, but only lived “3″ houses away) !

The 1830 & 1840 Census Records confirm the ages of the sons of
John O’Sheal, Jr.John A. O’Sheal & Silas O’Sheal:
John A. O’Sheal and Silas O’Sheal, the sons of John O’Sheal, Jr., removed to Cass/Bartow County in Georgia. Their mother, Charlotte Harrison O’Sheal was the d/o Elizabeth O’Sheal and Tyrie/Tyree Harrison, and this Elizabeth O’Sheal Harrison was the d/o Jethro O’Sheal.  Elizabeth O’Sheal, d/o Jethro O’Sheal, married Tyrie/Tyree Harrison, not James Hewitt, the Blacksmith, who appears in the 1850 and 1860 Census Records in Gordon County, Georgia.

Pg 374-375: Dated: Feb 1, 1841:
A.C. BOMAR (Sheriff of Spartanburg District) by virtue of a Writ issued out of the Court of Common Pleas on July 6, 1840 at the suit of the  State of South Carolina against JOHN OSHEALS for $76. damages and costs, have seized all that certain tract of land containing 113 acres more or less in Spartanburg District on Waters of MOTLEY’S CREEK, adjoining land of SUM SUMNER on the East, ALEXANDER PRUITT & ROSANN PRUITT on the Touth, JAMES PRUITT and WILLIAM HEMBREE on the West, DRURY PARHAM on the North, whereon defendant now lives.
Exposed for Public Sale and Purchased by JAMES HAMM, Esquire for THOMAS PEAK (same) for $310.
Witnesses: JAMES HAMM, SUM SUMNER

Dower Relinquished by CHARLOTTE (X) OSHEALS on Feb 2,1841 to James HAMM, J.Q.
